MWH-7B(Tunnel） IoT Standard (Type A) Maintenance-Free Dispenser

The MWH-7B Series Standard Type A maintenance-free laundry dispenser is SPLANEY’s masterpiece, proven by years of market validation. It features a patented maintenance-free diaphragm pump, specially designed for acidic and alkaline viscous chemicals, with pressure resistance up to 8 bar. This makes it ideal for long-distance and high-resistance material delivery, effectively solving issues like inaccurate dosing and high failure rates in traditional equipment.

In addition, the MWH-7B Series adopts technologies such as springless pneumatic valves, quick-connect flush manifolds, and smart pressure relief valves. It supports up to 12 washing machines and connects to SPLANEY’s IoT system, enabling real-time monitoring and remote management of the washing process, water, and chemicals, helping to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Scope of Application 

The MWH-7B Series is an all-round version, equipped with 7 high-flow MWH-18 series maintenance-free diaphragm pumps (up to 8), handling dosing needs for up to 12 large washing machines. It is especially suitable for industrial laundries with long delivery distances and high daily output.

  • Real-time monitoring of chemical, water, ozone usage, and tracking of each washing machine’s program steps, counts, and operating status.

  • Visual setup of formula details including chemical dosage, unit price, and chemical names.
