WXMWH-7B IoT Micro (Type D) Maintenance-Free Laundry Chemicals Dispenser

To address the high failure rates and inconvenient maintenance of traditional peristaltic pump systems on the market, SPLANEY has revolutionarily launched the Mini Type D maintenance-free dispenser series, specifically designed as a replacement for peristaltic pumps, offering a new solution for maintenance-free needs in small to medium-sized laundries.

Compared with traditional systems, the Mini Type D’s MWH-14 maintenance-free diaphragm pump uses corrosion-resistant composite materials, with a diaphragm lifespan of up to 5 years and no need to replace pump tubes. Combined with SPLANEY’s self-developed high-reliability flush manifold, pneumatic valves, and smart pressure relief valves, it significantly reduces maintenance costs, making it the ideal choice for small to medium-sized laundries looking to expand their service scale.

Like all maintenance-free series, the Mini Type D fully supports the entire SPLANEY smart IoT system, and its software is designed with a modular approach to provide customized data services for different users.

Scope of Application 

The WXMWH-7B series is a mini version specifically designed to replace peristaltic pumps, equipped with seven compact, medium-flow MWH-14 series maintenance-free diaphragm pumps (up to eight). It supports up to 8 small to medium-sized washing machines, making it an ideal choice for users with standard-viscosity chemicals and medium-level dosing needs.

  • Mini maintenance-free diaphragm pump specifically designed to replace peristaltic pumps, no tube replacement required, saving labor.

  • Pump head driven by 24V DC motor for smooth operation and seamless adaptation to various scenarios.

  • Standard with a patented quick-connect flushing manifold design, eliminating inaccuracies caused by dripping.

  • Features a patented corrosion-resistant pneumatic valve, with no metal in the channel, and a diaphragm life of up to 5 years.

  • Equipped with a patented smart pressure relief system that detects blockages, relieves pressure to reduce risk, and triggers an alarm.

  • Equipped with a spring-free magnetic integrated delay flushing and inflation system, allowing for fast feeding speed with no risk of backflow.

  • Supports cross-platform access to the SPLANEY smart IoT system, along with up to 100 digital washing reports for comprehensive operational analysis. 

  • Supports up to 27 programmable formulations and introduces a formulation group function, allowing for free adaptation to different weight washing machines.

  • Optional 10-inch high-resolution LCD color touchscreen, providing clear status monitoring and parameter settings.

  • Compatible with an IoT remote pH monitoring system and ozone washing equipment to enhance washing efficiency.

  • Certified by ISO, CE, SGS, and awarded over 10 national patents.

  • Visual setup of formula details including chemical dosage, unit price, and chemical names.
