The MWH-7B Series is SPLANEY’s flagship maintenance-free laundry dispenser, field-proven over years. Its patented diaphragm pump-built for acidic/alkaline viscous chemicals-withstands 8 bar pressure and its membrane lasts on average 5 years, enabling long-distance, high-resistance precision dosing. It also uses springless pneumatic valves, quick-connect flush manifolds, and smart pressure-relief valves, ensuring clean, stable flow paths One unit drives up to 12 washers and links to SPLANEY IoT for real-time monitoring, remote control, and cost/chemical optimization.
YDY-MKHF-6B Series
IoT Maintenance-Free Laundry Chemicals Dispenser
The YDY-MKHF-6B Series is a one-to-one laundry chemical dosing system built on maintenance-free diaphragm pumps. Plug-and-play modules let you stack 2-8 pumps to match any formula load. At its core, the MWH-14—today’s smallest patented square diaphragm pump—drives high-viscosity acidic/alkaline chemicals; its diaphragm lasts on average 3 years with no tube changes. Additionally, the LCD color touchscreen offers one-touch access to data viewing and programming, while an optional patented quick-connect manifold with solenoid valves and wall brackets boosts transfer efficiency.
XN-XSQ-4 Series
IoT Maintenance-Free Laundry Chemicals Dispenser
The XN-XSQ-4 Series is an upgraded rotary-knob, four-channel diluter that handles four chemicals with up to 18 preset ratios each. High-flow barrel and low-flow bottle versions span industrial kitchens to housekeeping sites without swapping gear or tubes. Meanwhile, corrosion-resistant internals and quick chemical connects cut failure rates and downtime. Built-in backflow protection plus dynamic filtration boost compatibility, keeping dilution stable, safe, and efficient.
XSQ-3-S Series
Triple Channel (with Spray Gun ) Dilution Dispenser
The XSQ-3-S Series uses three-channel proportional dilution (2 chemical + 1 water) with a foam/rinse spray gun to lay a dense foam layer that loosens soils and pathogens, then flushes them away for residue-free cleaning. A built-in nozzle regulator lets you shift modes seamlessly, delivering up to 18 preset ratios. Corrosion-resistant backflow protection and dynamic filtration extend durability and application breadth, making it ideal for high-demand sites such as slaughterhouses, car washes, and large kitchens.

The XWJ‑2 Series IoT Color Screen Dishwasher Dispenser is built for heavy-duty warewashing (>50 h/week). Its HD LCD touchscreen replaces low‑res panels, unifying status monitoring, program scheduling, and data analytics in one smart UI. An adaptive conductivity‑based concentration control, plus maintenance and remaining‑drum alerts, safeguard dosing accuracy.
